This is where I come in -- I have 3+ years experience as a recruiter and interviewer under my belt for multiple roles, spanning from customer service and sales to creatives and engineering. This free consultation will help me to ask some questions and understand your career goals and what you're looking for in a new role, and how I can help. Plan Options
Here are the plan options that are currently offered and that you can choose following your consultation if you'd like to move forward. Please keep in mind that I will be coaching you, but it is ultimately up to you to actively apply for these roles and interview to land the job that you want!
- Casual (Tier 1): The basic essentials. I'll provide a resume review and give feedback on how to improve its contents and visuals. I'll also share what I look for when hunting for jobs (green flags, red flags), how I do research to ensure it's a legitimate company with good reviews, do salary research for the role, and more.
Pricing is 1% of your offered salary for the first year. Example: you're offered a job with a salary of $50,000 per year. Once you sign the paperwork and are hired, the payment will be $500. - Pro (Tier 2): The middleground. Everything that's in Casual is included, plus I'll help you re-write your resume and do interview prep and practice with you. We'll do a mock prescreen call and I'll give you feedback about your answers, what recruiters and hiring managers look for during these conversations, and more.
Pricing is 3% of your offered salary for the first year. Example: you're offered a job with a salary of $60,000 per year. Once you sign the paperwork and are hired, the payment will be $1,800. - GOAT (Tier 3): The works. This is the ultimate package that includes everything in Pro, plus helping you draft multiple versions of your resume depending on what role you'd like to target along with drafting cover letters tailored to each role. I will also look for jobs for you based on your requirements (ex. salary, location, remote/hybrid/local, benefits, industry, etc.) and share them with you in a spreadsheet with relevant details and information to provide leads.
Pricing is 5% of your offered salary for the first year. Example: you're offered a job with a salary of $75,000 per year. Once you sign the paperwork and are hired, the payment will be $3,750.
